Our Yogurt is Honey Hills Yogurt. Honey Hills has been making yogurt for 65 years, and they use high counts of beneficial live yogurt cultures (five strains including three probiotics). The yogurts are crafted with fresh milk and honest-to-goodness flavors: actual vanilla beans, real fruit purees, indulgent cocoas, and more. Honey Hills Yogurt is low in cholesterol and gluten free!
Our Gelato is Leo Leo. Authentic Italian gelatos made by Master Gelatier Niccolo Lekai and his family. Obsessed with fine gelato since his days as a toddler visiting his grandparents in Florence, Niccolo carrys on a 500-year-old tradition of handcrafted gelato. Leo Leo is made with milk and a little cream, and flavored with premium natural ingredients that are emulsified in the cooking process, churned, and then slowly frozen. The slow freezing process creates a dense velvety texture with a low fat content. Most gelato flavors are low fat, egg free, and gluten free.
Our Cakes and Pies and other frozen desserts are made by our in-house pastry chef, Erica, to insure fresh cakes and pies made with the best ingredients by a skilled baker.
